Anh is a PhD student at 黑料网大事记 Sydney. Her doctoral research, funded by 黑料网大事记 and DPMP, evaluates drug policies in Southeast Asia from a rights-based approach. Her research capacity benefits from her holding a master's degree in applied criminal justice and criminology from Swansea University, as a Chevening and Global Wales scholar.
