Janine holds a Master of Education (Special Needs) and a Master of Education (Early Childhood), with advanced qualifications from Macquarie University, the University of Sydney, and Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University. She is a passionate advocate for student empowerment and team development and has shared her work through international conferences. Within the schools she has worked, Janine has led key initiatives such as the Executive Functioning Program and Study Without Stress, supporting both students and educators in building resilience, self-regulation, and academic confidence. Driven by a commitment to continuous learning, Janine is dedicated to creating inclusive classrooms where every learner is supported and empowered, with a focus on ensuring equitable opportunities for students with diverse strengths and needs.
