ºÚÁÏÍø´óʼÇ

The inaugural Australia–China Summit Forum on Decarbonising the Energy and Resource Sectors (AUCN-Decarb) was successfully held in Xuzhou, China, bringing together global experts and leaders to accelerate progress on low-carbon innovation.

The conference featured 19 keynote speeches and 121 theme presentations, creating a high-level platform for Australia–China collaboration and knowledge exchange in decarbonisation. More than 300 participants took part in the forum, including experts from 19 Chinese universities.

Opening Ceremony

Opening remarks were delivered by:

Sub-Forums

The forum featured two sub-forums of fugitive gas emission and Carbon Capture and Storage, as well as three Young Scientist Forums. In total, there are 121 presentations spanning interdisciplinary perspectives aimed at addressing the technical bottlenecks in decarbonising the mining and energy resources sectors.
