���������¼� has been announced as one of the successful partners to co-deliver the Australian Public Service Academy’s — a flagship leadership initiative aimed at preparing senior executives to meet the evolving challenges of public service.

Alongside the , the Public Partnerships and Impact Hub at ���������¼� Canberra will lead co-delivery of the Program in partnership with the Australian Graduate School of Management (AGSM) at the ���������¼� Business School and Partners.

The Senior Executive Stewardship Program will support SES Band 3 leaders across the Australian Public Service (APS) to strengthen their strategic leadership, ethical stewardship, and capability to lead systems and people through complex transformation.

Professor Brenton Prosser, Director of the Hub said that this is the first partnership of the new ���������¼� Public Policy Institute in Canberra which will bring a unique blend of academic excellence, leadership expertise, and deep understanding of the public sector to the Program.

“���������¼� has decades of experience educating public sector and defence leaders, so we are uniquely positioned to deliver a program that is tailored to the specific requirements of the APS,” Professor Prosser said.

The collaboration with AGSM and BeaconBridge will ensure participants benefit from world-class senior executive education that is grounded in evidence-based leadership practice.

“AGSM is consistently ranked among the top business schools in the Asia-Pacific and BeaconBridge is globally recognised as a trailblazer in leadership development and strategy implementation, while ���������¼� Canberra has strong networks with international thought leaders in public policy - so participants will be taught by some of the best in their field,” Prof Prosser said.

“Our deep connections with government, policy institutions, and national security sectors provide invaluable context, and our commitment to values-based leadership aligns really well with the core mission of the APS Academy.”

Dr Subho Banerjee, Deputy Commissioner and Head of the APS Academy said the partnership brings together university, expert practitioners and cutting edge leadership thinking.

“This partnership will build the stewardship capability of the APS’ most senior public servants. The Senior Executive Stewardship Program strengthens our commitment to integrity, collaboration and delivering real public value for Australians in a rapidly changing world,” Dr Banerjee said.

The APS Academy’s Senior Executive Stewardship Program is scheduled to launch later this year.
