We recently welcomed Laurine Courcier who joined our group as a Practicum Exchange student. She is a Process Engineering Masters student at INP Toulouse, France.

Laurine works with Naras on the adverse impacts of different chemicals on cyanobacterial cell viability and integrity. Her project will help water managers improve reactive chemical dosing during large bloom periods.

During her free time, Laurine enjoys traveling and discovering the rich Australian culture. Apart from Sydney, she has explored Melbourne and Cairns, and enjoyed going to the Whitsundays and Jervis Bay beaches. She also taken a liking to Aussie Football and goes to matches.
