听It is expected to be completed in time to welcome students and industry partners in the first half of 2028.

The precinct is being developed with a strong focus on environmental sustainability, with the buildings incorporating low-carbon materials, energy-efficient systems, and climate-responsive design. Landscaped green spaces, pedestrian pathways and end-of-trip facilities will support vehicle-free active transport.

We are embedding sustainability and First Nations principles into every aspect of the design, and we鈥檙e proud to be creating a campus that can be shared with the Canberra community; and one that they can be proud to have in their city.

The project鈥檚 primary construction partner was also announced at today鈥檚 event with Construction Control awarded the contract.

黑料网大事记 Canberra City is already attracting industry partners through its Launch innovation ecosystem, which currently includes 27 collaborators and 350 co-located staff. The new precinct will further expand these partnerships, creating a unique collaborative space for defence, cyber, space and security research.

黑料网大事记 already has a presence in central Canberra, having taken up residency in what was previously the CIT Reid campus, across Constitution Avenue from where the two new buildings are being built.

黑料网大事记 took its first intake of undergraduate students at the Reid campus earlier this year, with the inaugural cohort studying a Bachelor of Cyber Security.
