For the past 5 years I have organized an education day for parents and patients which has been very well received. The day has included video conference lectures by overseas

speakers whom I have invited and organized the facilities.�� For the past 3 years I have arranged for rural families to participate by using Teleheath facilities at their local hospital.

Family Handbook:

Compiling and editing parent handbook which is given to all newly diagnosed families in the KCC provides information about diseases, treatment and facilities in lay language.

Medication Safety: Pharmacists utilise IIMS to improve medication safety for children with cancer. Baxter health Awards 2008.
