Description

Patient-derived ALI cultures generated using commercially available Normal Human Bronchial Epithelial (NHBE) are ideal for studying airway diseases, respiratory biology, and drug testing, offering a patient-specific approach for exploring lung pathophysiology and developing targeted therapies.

Specifications

    • Cultured from patient-derived explants or primary tissue samples听
    • Grown at the air-liquid interface (ALI) to promote the development of stratified epithelial layers with functional cilia
    • Available in both fresh and fixed forms, depending on sample and research needs
    • Epithelial cells (EpCAM)听
    • Mucin (e.g., MUC5AC)听
    • Basal and progenitor cell markers听
    • Acetylated tubulin (ciliary marker)
