Description

The Bruker Kappa Apex II is a single-crystal XRD used for determining the structure of small molecules from single crystals of organic, organometallic and coordination compounds. The short wavelength of MoKα (0.7107 Å) is more suitable for compounds containing very heavy atoms. The instrument is also capable of crystal face indexing.
