My research activities include:
- Studies evaluating shared e-care plans for the follow-up care of colorectal, breast and lung cancers.
 - A feasibility study of clozapine shared care using an e-care plan for consumers who are stable on clozapine and sharing care between the Mental Health Service, GPs and other care team members.
 - A pragmatic trial evaluating the sharing of care for the physical health of people with a lived experience of severe mental illness using an e-care plan shared between Mental Health Services, GPs and consumers.
 - Qualitative studies exploring the use of ehealth initiatives to support integrated care, the barriers and enablers for care planning across primary health care and general practice informatics capability.
 - Systematic reviews on interventions to improve health literacy for behavioural risk factors, weight loss and the effectiveness of primary care providers to develop health literacy.
 - RCT evaluating an intervention to improve teamwork in general practice.
 - Establishing an electronic Practice Base Research Network (ePBRN) that extracted clinical and practice management data from general practice information systems for use in research and quality improvement, including a study identifying the risk of re-admission to hospital of a diabetes type 2 cohort.
