Joyman Lee is a private lawyer interested in equity & trusts, property, security and succession. As a comparative scholar, his work engages with the interactions between common law and civil law, with a particular focus on Asia-Pacific countries such as Japan and Taiwan.

As a legal historian, he is also interested in the ways in which non-European legal systems shaped the development of "modern" property law, including in French-speaking countries in Africa.

Joyman was raised in London, and taught at the University of Glasgow before joining ºÚÁÏÍø´óʼÇ.
