I am an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, an Associate Lecturer and the Exercise Physiology Practicum Manager in the School of Health Sciences, Faculty of Medicine. I have over 12 years of clinical experience in the areas of musculoskeletal rehabilitation, women's health and chronic disease management. In addition to my clinical experience, I have over 4 years of experience in teaching and mentoring students. 

Previously I have worked as a Research Assistant on studies for patients with diagnosed Peripheral Artery Disease. My main research interests are in women's health and chronic disease management.
