Lynn (she/her) is听nationally and internationally recognised听for her thought leadership in AI teaching and learning听and digital innovation practices, which have won multiple awards.听 With community at heart, she created and co-leads the AI Community of Practice to听disseminate, collaborate and advocate the use of AI in education practices at 黑料网大事记. An early adopter, adapter and authoritative听voice in AI, she led the听terms of reference responses for the Australasian Academic Integrity Network's submission to Parliament on the impacts of Artificial Intelligence in Education (2023) and also presented evidence to the Parliamentary enquiry of the same.听She听has published several chapters on designing teaching and assessment in the face of rapidly developing Artificial Intelligence, published in multiple Q1 journals,听and听invited to present internationally.
With digital in her blood, her early involvement in online learning saw her co-lead the largest Community of Practice (Digital Online Learning and Innovation 2020- 2023) and听pioneered voice feedback (2011) and the use of technology in grading and feedback (from 2014). As an Education Focused Fellow (2020 鈥 2022) she has co-led investigations into university wide feedback and assessment practices resulting in education resources for academic development ultimately to enhance the student experience. 听听
She has supervised eight doctoral completions (7 as sole supervisor). 听In addition, Lynn鈥檚 teaching excellence is held in high esteem internationally (Senior Fellow of the UK Higher Education Academy, 2020), gaining the Australian Awards for University Teaching Citation for Outstanding Contributions to Student Learning (2020) and the Vice Chancellor's Award for Teaching Excellence (2011) as well as numerous faculty awards 听(2023 -听Responsible Management Education Award, 2019听- School of Management Teaching Excellence for large course teaching,听2014 - Outstanding Technology Enabled Teaching Innovation Award,听 2011- Teaching Excellence Award for the Masters of Business and Technology, MBAx).听Recognised as an early technology adopter, she earned the Turnitin Global Innovation Award (2019 Australia and NZ).听听Her contributions extend more broadly into the academic community as recognised by being awarded the 2023 ASCILITE Community Fellow in recognition of her contribution, leadership, development and community building encouraging and supporting the use of technologies for Teaching and Learning.听She is also a Senior Certified Member of the Association for Learning Technology (SCMALT). She holds an executive position on the ASCILITE Business Education Special Interest Group. Importantly Lynn shares her teaching and innovation practices through various publications to support the development of others.

In 2020, 78 citations are awarded to recipients at universities across the Australian Capital Territory, New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, Victoria and Western Australia.听The Australian Awards for University Teaching (AAUT) were established in 1997 by the Australian Government to celebrate and reward excellence in university teaching. Since then, the Awards have become a valued form of recognition for university educators Australia wide.听The AAUT recognise the impact that educators have on the learning and teaching experiences and outcomes of university students. This project was born from ISSOTL and recognises that there is currently no national network for T/EFs to meet. Working across University of Queensland, Monash, University of Melbourne and University of Sydney, ee have arranged meet ups, created a linked in community and gathered over 1000 members from across Australia. New Zealand and beyond. We have had prestigious speakers including Kerri Lee Krause, Pauline Ross and Sally Kift, our members have recognised that our networks are now shared networks of excellence and connection as we see a growth in T/EF roles in universities that have been traditionally research focused.
