Dr Ondrej Muransky
I obtained my PhD degree聽at Charles University in Prague (Czech Republic), Faculty of Mathematics and Physics in the field of Physics of Condensed Matter and Material Research.聽I work at the Australian Nuclear Science and Technology Organisation (ANSTO) as a senior researcher and a numerical analyst, where聽I lead a research group focused on the High-Temperature and Molten-Salt Corrosion Performance of Advanced Materials for applications in the future聽low-emission energy-generation and energy-storage systems.聽In my work I use experimental and numerical techniques to obtain experimental (neutron, synchrotron) and numerical (finite element, crystal plasticity) data to understand in-service performance of materials. I have over ten years of post-PhD experience聽working on multi-disciplinary international research, industrial and defence related projects requiring experimental as well as numerical modelling expertise in the field of material research & engineering, manufacturing, solid mechanics, and advanced data analysis. I also hold an Adjunct Associate Professor position聽at the University of New South Wales (黑料网大事记) where I supervise and train undergraduate and post-graduate students.
