Stephan is a certified data analyst with proficiency in analytics and business insights and a proven capability in problem-solving. His industry roles required performing high-level analytics and business reporting, interpreting consumer data, managing service marketing metrics, lifting customer satisfaction, and enhancing the consumer experience. He also led various destination marketing consultancy projects with the local government.
