My research focuses on teacher identity, language education, and sustainability in education. I explore how professional learning cultures, TESOL pedagogy, and inclusive practices support teachers and learners in diverse contexts. I also investigate early career and immigrant teachers鈥 experiences, linking theory with practice to inform policy and professional development across schools and universities.
