Vicki’s research currently focuses on the impact of generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) on the legal profession and legal services; responsible adoption of GenAI in litigation and dispute resolution processes; addressing unmet legal need through deregulation and technology; recruitment and retention strategies within the legal profession; and developing essential skills and competencies for legal leadership roles. These areas will expand as the work of the Centre progresses.
