Xinrui is a visiting PhD candidate majoring in general practice from Harbin Medical University and a visiting fellow at the ICFHS, 黑料网大事记. She is also a practicing physician in China. Her research focuses on primary health care evaluation and chronic disease management. Her specific interests include the capacity and performance assessment of primary health care services, as well as the management of hypertension, chronic kidney disease (CKD), and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in primary care institutions, particularly in frigid zones. She is committed to strengthening primary health care services in China, improving patient access, and promoting health equity.

Xinrui has experience in managing research projects, including those funded by the National Natural Science Foundation and provincial programs. Her responsibilities have spanned the entire project cycle, from preparing proposals and coordinating with partner institutions to planning budgets and allocating personnel.
