Each room is furnished with a desk and chair, a bed, a wardrobe, and a sofa in the living room. The kitchen has an oven and fridge, but you must bring your utensils.
Parking
You can obtain a parking card ($50 deposit) to use the High St. car park. However, there is limited availability, and you may be placed on a waiting list.听
Contact the Student Accommodation office to schedule an appointment to obtain a permit. Ensure you bring your Student ID and vehicle registration. If the vehicle registration isn't in the licensee鈥檚 name, please provide additional documents, like the vehicle insurance in the licensee鈥檚 name.

The contract period is from 4 February 2026 to 27 January 2027. The one-bedroom apartment is suitable for couples, and the two-bedroom apartment is suitable for families.听
