Choosing your student accommodation is about finding a space that fits your lifestyle, budget and academic needs. Explore your options carefully, compare facilities and costs, and make sure your new home supports your journey at university.
Applications for 2026 will open on 16 October 2025.

- Single: A room in a college (like a dorm) includes a bed, desk, cupboard space and a few square meters of space. 聽
- 1 Bedroom: A one-bedroom apartment
- Multi-share apartments: A room allocation in an apartment with multiple rooms. Typically, a five-bedroom apartment, where residents share the common kitchen and living space.聽
- Per room: cost per resident in a multishare apartment
Per apartment: The rate for the entire apartment (whether it's a studio, one bedroom or two bedroom)
Single-term contracts are currently unavailable due to high occupancy numbers. Please contact our office for more details.
Weekly rates are for 2026 and are expected to change each year.
Rates are per person unless otherwise specified.
