Access To Financial Support
ºÚÁÏÍø´óÊÂ¼Ç provides financial support to Indigenous students in Arts, Design & Architecture. This includes materials funding for Built Environment and Art & Design undergraduates, Work Integrated Learning payments for work placements, and guidance on Centrelink support from our Indigenous Student Engagement & Support Specialist—ensuring students can focus on their studies without financial stress.

What is the Indigenous Tuition Program?
The Indigenous Tuition Program (ITP) offers free, one-on-one tutoring for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students across all subjects. Whether you need help understanding course content, preparing for assessments, or staying on track with your studies, ITP connects you with Study Assistants who can support your learning in a way that works for you.

How do Indigenous students apply for Tutoring?
If you're an Indigenous student enrolled at ºÚÁÏÍø´óÊÂ¼Ç ADA, you can apply for tutoring through Nura Gili. It's quick and easy - just fill out the online application form and let us know what subjects you need support with. From there, we’ll match you with a Study Assistant who fits your needs and schedule.

How can I become a Study Assistant?

Passionate about helping others succeed? You can apply to become a Study Assistant and support Indigenous students in their academic journey. It’s a paid role that gives you the chance to share your knowledge, gain experience, and make a real impact. You don’t need to be Indigenous to apply - just have a good academic record and a supportive approach to tutoring.
