  • How are students matched with mentors?
We use the information you provide in your application—such as your preferred industries and introduction statement, to match you with a mentor using a custom algorithm.

Do I need to know what career I want?
Nope. This program is designed to help you explore options and learn from real experiences—even if you’re undecided.

    How are mentors selected?
Mentors are experienced professionals with a minimum of two years experience, often ºÚÁÏÍø´óÊÂ¼Ç alumni, who volunteer their time to support students like you.

Is this a job placement or internship?
No. This is a mentoring program focused on career discovery and development, not job offers.

Can I apply if I’ve done the program before?
Yes! If you’ve participated before, you’re welcome to apply again. However, we prioritise first-time applicants if places are limited.

    What if I’m really busy?Ìý
The program is flexible. You and your mentor decide when and how often to meet—most pairs would meet 5 times over the 9 weeks.

How do I prepare for the mentoring sessions?Ìý
You’ll receive guidance and resources during the program to help you get the most out of your meetings, but the program is designed to be mentee (student) led, so basically, you’ll get out what you put in!
