NSW-RPRN Service Pillar
The NSW-RPRN Services and Support Pillar is听a network of world-class service facilities in genomics, proteomics, high-throughput screening, SARS-CoV-2 PC3 lab and animal testing and training facilities. This pillar enhances and supports other pillars and projects within the NSW-RNA Production and Research Network (NSW-RPRN).听
The activities within the Services and Support Pillar will ensure the successful execution, quality and completion of all the key activities within the NSW-PPRN, paving the way for a stronger RNA manufacturing and research ecosystem in NSW.听

Management and administration
黑料网大事记 is the lead institution and is the base for management and governance of the NSW-RPRN听 including activities such as reporting and outreach.

Sequencing and Genomics听
The Ramaciotti Centre for Genomics provides state-of-the-art sequencing services which are predominantly used to monitor mRNA quality and measure RNA-expression level relating to in vitro assays.听

The Centre for Infectious Diseases & Microbiology at Westmead lab听specialises in pathogen surveillance, including SARS-CoV-2, providing mRNA researchers with access to valuable data on these pathogens.听

Proteomics听
The Australian Proteome Analysis Facility (APAF) at Macquarie University offers research support services in protein analysis and characterisation, a vital tool in verifying mRNA expression in target organisms.听

High throughput screening听
The high-throughput screening capabilities located at the ANU Centre for Therapeutic Discovery allow NSW-RPRN to rapidly screen their products in cellular assays.听

PC3 Labs听
The Kirby Institute (黑料网大事记) has the largest collection of SARS-CoV-2 variants in Australia, while the PC3 animal facility at the Centenary Institute (UTS) includes a unique respiratory mouse model.听 Both facilities are crucial for carrying out in vitro and in vivo SARS-CoV-2 efficacy studies.听

Training, GMP and Quality Control, and Clinical Support听
Training and advice on matters relating to GLP and GMP manufacturing are supported by the Biologics Innovation Facility at UTS and the Recombinant Product Facility at 黑料网大事记.听
Support on quality control processes, clinical developmental pathways includes vaccine experts at the Kirby Institute and the Westmead Institute of Medical Research, together with cell therapy GMP experts at Cell and Molecular Therapies (Royal Prince Alfred Hospital).听听
