2025 Event Highlights
On 18-19 September 2025, we welcomed legal professionals from across firms, industry, government and the regulatory sector to the Coogee Bay Hotel for the Leadership for Lawyers Executive Course.
Over two intensive days, participants explored what it means to lead in today’s complex legal landscape. Lawyers are increasingly called on to do more than advise - they are expected to inspire, influence and guide others. This program provided the frameworks, insights and connections to help them do just that.

Moises Henriques is a professional cricketer, current captain of the Sydney Sixers, and one of Australia’s most respected sporting leaders. With a career spanning over 15 years at the elite level, Moises has represented Australia in all three formats of the game and has played a pivotal role in domestic and international T20 leagues, including the Big Bash League and the Indian Premier League.

As captain of the Sydney Sixers, he has led the team to multiple championships and is renowned for his calm, strategic leadership both on and off the field. Moises is known not only for his skill as an all-rounder but also for his ability to bring teams together, guide younger players, and lead through periods of scrutiny and personal challenge.

In recent years, he has become a powerful advocate for mental health in high-performance environments, drawing from his own lived experience to promote openness, resilience, and support within elite sport. His willingness to speak publicly about the pressures of leadership and performance has resonated far beyond cricket, offering valuable lessons for leaders across all fields.
