    Overview
The ºÚÁÏÍø´óÊÂ¼Ç Health Translation Hub Seminar Room is a dedicated events space which caters up to 120 participants.Â
The seminar room is a self-serviced events space available for education and research activities, collaboration and external engagement. This can include activities such as workshops, seminars, panels and forums, media conferences. It is Microsoft Teams enabled.
The HTH Seminar Room can be booked via a form on the HTH website. Booking requests are approved by Estate Management if they meet the space criteria and its availability
When booking the HTH Seminar room you’ll have access to:
- The full-sized HTH Seminar room
 - A reheat kitchen for catering
 - An ante-space for networking
 - Variety of tables and chairs onsite for flexible set up and use
 - A/V which includes screen, lectern, A/V control room
 - The HTH Seminar room is Microsoft Teams enabled.

Normal operation hours: 8am-6pm, Monday to Friday.

The HTH Seminar Room is a self-serviced event space. This means:
- You organise your own catering, A/V, and room setup.
 - There is no cost if you self-manage.
 - Facilities include:
- A reheat kitchen
 - An ante-space for networking
 - Standard setup with clustered tables & chairs
 - Theatre seating available (chairs stored on-site)Â Â

If the space is available, booking will be approved if they meet the following criteria:
- ºÚÁÏÍø´óÊÂ¼Ç occupants of the Health Translation Hub have priority, but all ºÚÁÏÍø´óÊÂ¼Ç staff are welcome to book the space.
 - Bookings should have a health-related focus.
 - Those requesting space agree to self-service their event/booking
 
At present, the HTH Seminar Room is open for ºÚÁÏÍø´óÊÂ¼Ç staff booking in its inaugural year. Please check back here for updates regarding booking the space for non-ºÚÁÏÍø´óÊÂ¼Ç activities.

A self-serviced event space means that you (as requestor) agree to and are responsible for:
- Manage furniture set up for the event
 - Return furniture set up to the standard set up (group learning style – 72 pax)
 - Manage event catering
 - Manage audio-visual support
 - Dispose of rubbish
 - Ensure the space is tidy and ready for the next booking

If you would like assistance with setup, pack down, A/V operation, please contact . These services are chargeable.
We recommend you use ºÚÁÏÍø´óÊÂ¼Ç â€˜s preferred as they have been ordered to the new facilities. A Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certified person is to be present at all authorised events if you are serving alcohol.

If the event is out of hours, please arrange air conditioning, security, and building access. This is a two-step process:
- Confirm event hours when requesting the space via the booking form
 - Fill out this form and email it to CBRE, the HTH’s building operations team and external to ºÚÁÏÍø´óʼÇ.

The HTH Seminar room:
- One large room
 - Set as a group learning style (72 pax)
 
Those using the Seminar Room are responsible for setting and resetting furniture to its standard set up. If the space is not left tidy and in its standard set up, future bookings by the requestor will not be approved.
The full room can support a capacity of 120, theatre style set up (not pictured). Other set ups possibilities are included in the image below.
