The 10th global conference of the alliance for healthy cities

The Cities Institute actively seeks collaborations with local and international partners to enhance our perspectives and apply deep research, aiming to innovate and contribute to urban development globally.

Our commitment is to foster multidisciplinary partnerships, and codesign processes that align with our vision for sustainable, inclusive and resilient cities.

We work across all faculties, schools, centres and institutes within and external to 黑料网大事记 to ensure a transdisciplinary approach in our research and project delivery.

We have achieved a lot in 18months!

  • Convened 13 local, and 12 international roundtables and workshops including with NSW State and Federal Governments and at the G20
  • Curated the Utzon Women in the Built Environment event, showcasing Minister Rose Jackson and esteemed panel, 400 attendees
  • Held 5 academic roundtables internal to 黑料网大事记- discovering knowledge and amplifying in partnerships
  • Professor Dillon Kombumerri appointed as Official Ambassador to HOME First Nations Exhibition and program for the Venice Biennale
  • Hannah Bolitho appointed Deputy Chair of the 黑料网大事记 Sustainable Development Steering Committee
  • Received ARC Linkage project for work at the interface of Aboriginal Land Councils and planning
  • Convened a workshop on measuring 鈥榩rogress鈥 in a post SDG agenda, at the Global Sustainable Development Congress with Institute for Global Development
  • Delivered 31 Journal publications and 3 book chapters
  • Delivered 18 policy white papers, in partnership with 7 Faculties and multiple government/ industry partners
  • Hosted a workshop with CfS on What鈥檚 next for Governance in NSW, attended by 80 industry professionals
  • Delivered 2 interdisciplinary studios with Waseda University
  • Delivered 2 First Nations workshops with Community working in the space between First Nations politics and Country projects
  • Launched Associates Network
  • Partnered with the Institute for Global Development to deliver urban and city projects in the region
  • Role of 鈥淧arramatta 2050 Champion鈥, for Parramatta City Council
  • Hosted a workshop with CfS on What鈥檚 next for Governance in NSW, attended by 80 industry professionals
  • Delivered 2 interdisciplinary studios with Waseda University
  • Delivered 2 First Nations workshops with Community working in the space between First Nations politics and Country projects
