The Clinic operates on a fee-for-service basis with fees being used to support the clinical, training, and community outreach activities of the Clinic. Fees vary according to the level of experience of the clinician and the purpose of the assessment and reporting requirements. Typically, a General Assessment fee includes approximately 4-hours of assessment, preparation of a comprehensive report, and a feedback session.

Our Registered Psychologists are students in the Masters of Clinical Neuropsychology program. While already experienced and endorsed in another specialty, such as Clinical Psychology or Forensic Psychology, they are undertaking advanced training in neuropsychology and work under the supervision of a senior endorsed Clinical Neuropsychologist who will oversee the assessment process. Due to the workings of a training clinic and the learning needs of our students, the assessment process may take longer than other private services. The fees reflect the higher level of qualifications and experience of our students (relative to a Provisional Psychologists) while providing a lower-cost service. Please note that all reports are co-authored by the student and supervising psychologist.

Our endorsed Clinical Neuropsychologists generally work in the clinic as Supervisors and have many years of experience in assessment and intervention. If your referral is determined as not suitable for a student, you may be offered an appointment with a Clinical Neuropsychologist. Fees and availability vary according to your needs.

Note: Provisional Psychologists are students in the Masters of Clinical Psychology program who work under the supervision of a senior endorsed clinical psychologist or clinical neuropsychologist. Please direct referrals to the Psychology Clinic
