About us
    The Division of Operations includes Estate Management (EM), one of the largest non-academic units at ºÚÁÏÍø´óʼÇ. We offer a range of services and advice to Faculties, Divisions, and the University Executive Team, including campus master planning, infrastructure planning, development, construction, property & retail, refurbishment, maintenance, and environmental management. We also provide a wide range of logistics and associated services to ensure a safe and secure campus environment. With 170+ staff, EM delivers services, support and guidance through its six directorates under the leadership of the Chief Property Officer (CPO).

 - Promoting the SafeZone app as the primary emergency communication tool for the campus community.
 - Overseeing emergency management and critical incident arrangements for effective preparedness, response, and recovery.Â

 - Responding to safety incidents, leading investigations to identify root causes, and recommending corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
 - Undertaking contractor assurance activities to ensure compliance with legislative and ºÚÁÏÍø´óÊÂ¼Ç WHS requirements.
 - Providing expert guidance, answering safety-related queries, and helping EM staff discharge their WHS duties.
 - Compile reports on safety performance, insights, trends and culture (drawing on lead and lag indicators) to support strategic safety decision-making and compliance.
