Evaluating machinery of government arrangements for housing policy administration

Informed by an Investigative Panel and supporting desktop research, this project will develop a framework for classifying and evaluating different models of public administration for housing policy. In scope will be both comparator country models and Australia’s own historical experience at both federal and state/territory levels.
