This project identifies the key factors shaping the lived experience of residents in regional cities, and how these experiences contribute to resident retention, to inform future policies supporting sustainable long-term regional growth. Working with colleagues from RMIT, Sydney University and University of South Australia, the project involves interviews and focus groups in regional cities across Queensland, NSW, Victoria and South Australia. 聽Funding for the project has been provided by the Australian Housing and Urban Research Institute.
