Description
Our research encompasses everything from fundamental studies to the development of technology and its application in the real world. We focus on operating systems, programming languages, formal methods, secure and trustworthy machine learning and artificial intelligence, privacy-enhancing technologies, applied cryptography, usable security and privacy, hardware security, network and IoT security, blockchain and distributed ledgers, identity management and authentication, post-quantum cryptography, and misinformation detection. We collaborate extensively with researchers from various fields, adopting a genuinely interdisciplinary approach to the complex challenges of cybersecurity.
