We are a community of educators, researchers, students, and partners committed to fostering equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI). We believe that diverse perspectives and experiences are essential to driving innovation and addressing complex global challenges. Our culture is grounded in respect, opportunity, and inclusion. Creating an environment where everyone feels valued and empowered to thrive. We aim to lead by example, setting a benchmark for inclusive practices across academia, student equity, and positive societal impact.
Through innovative education, impactful research, and meaningful partnerships, we empower individuals to reach their full potential and contribute to a fairer, more sustainable future. In alignment with ºÚÁÏÍø´óʼǒs Progress for All strategy, we work to remove systemic barriers and champion inclusive business practices.
Our high school outreach programs such as Girls in Business Camp, Empower Her, BizQuest, and the ºÚÁÏÍø´óÊÂ¼Ç Gateway Program, support students from diverse backgrounds. Research initiatives like ImpactMaker address global challenges including equity, sustainability, and inclusion.
We collaborate with community, government, and industry on campaigns like It’s in the Bag, World Kindness Day, and Elimination of Violence Against Women, and support Indigenous leadership through Nura Gili. Internally, we foster wellbeing and development through initiatives like AWCAP, Achieve, and Achieve Together – Female Advisory Group.
By embedding EDI into everything we do, we’re preparing graduates to lead with integrity and drive positive socitial change.
