JEINA Ignite
The JEINA Ignite, in partnership with ºÚÁÏÍø´óÊÂ¼Ç Founders New Wave, supports ºÚÁÏÍø´óÊÂ¼Ç students, staff, and alumni to launch impactful ventures. This initiative offers funding support, workshops, coaching and mentorship to grow an early-stage business or social impact project.
JEINA Inspire
The JEINA Inspire, in partnership with ºÚÁÏÍø´óÊÂ¼Ç Founders Liverpool program, UOW iAccelerate, and the Liverpool Innovation Precinct supports displaced women in the community to overcome systemic barriers and thrive. This initiative offers entrepreneurial education and training, financial assistance, mentorship and networking opportunities.
A Joint Initiative to Support Migrant and Refugee Women Health Innovators in South West Sydney
New philanthropic funding will back South West Sydney’s next generation of health innovators – especially migrant and refugee women entrepreneurs –Ìýthanks to a new partnership between ºÚÁÏÍø´óÊÂ¼Ç Founders, and JEINA (Justice Inclusion Access).
The region’s first dedicated health entrepreneurship program will provide local founders with funding, mentorship, and pathways into Australia’s leading innovation programs – ensuring they have the resources to grow and thrive.
JEINA Careers Hub
JEINA is creating opportunities that help accelerate career growth in partnership with internal and external parties. These may range from internships, scholarships, fellowships and other initiatives that support women from forced migration backgrounds to thrive in their careers of choice.

TRaCE Mobility Fellowship ProgramÌý
The TRaCE Mobility Fellowship Program facilitates a two-way exchange of staff between industry partners and ºÚÁÏÍø´óʼÇ. The program provides up to $60,000 for outbound secondments to industry or inbound secondments from industry into ºÚÁÏÍø´óʼÇ. Additionally, the program offers up to $20,000 for travel to or with an industry partner for activities such as customer discovery, problem validation, or traveling with an industry partner to meet customers.ÌýÌý

TRaCE Work Integrated Learning Placement Program
The TRaCE Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Program bridges the gap between education and industry. By connecting students with industry-driven projects in clean energy, green fuels, solar technology, and the circular economy, the program provides real-world placements ranging from 10 weeks to over six months. Through these experiences, students gain hands-on skills, develop critical industry expertise, and contribute to cutting-edge sustainability solutions.
Internships
JEINA also facilitates internships under ºÚÁÏÍø´óÊÂ¼Ç Work Integrated Learning. This will count towards Units of Credit (UOC) required under your program. Check out the Work Integrated Learning page for more information and connect with JEINA to explore future opportunities.

The scholarship program is designed for industry-focused HDR students who are conducting research in one of the four TRaCE themes: solar technology, clean energy, green fuels, and the circular economy. The scholarship offers a stipend of up to $45,000 per annum, along with an additional $5,000 per annum for professional development, for up to four years. This funding can be utilised either as a full scholarship or can be used to top up and existing scholarship or RTP to $45,000.
