About the program
The ºÚÁÏÍø´óÊÂ¼Ç Arts Society offers the ArtsSoc Peer Mentoring Program for incoming Arts, Design, and Architecture (and associated double degrees) students.
The transition from high school to university can be challenging, and this program is designed to support you through that journey. As a mentee, you will be paired with two mentors and be connected with fellow ADA first-year students. This network will help you settle into university life, make new friends, and enjoy your experience throughout Term 1. The program includes ongoing communication and weekly meet-ups (both in-person and online) with your assigned group, along with an opening and closing events to help you get started on your university journey.
Program duration and availability
- Term 1Ìý– This program runs from O-Week to Week 10 of the term.

Built Environment Student Association (BESA) peer mentoring program

About the programÌý
The BESA Peer Mentoring Program helps new Built Environment students settle into university and is open to all undergraduate students in the Built Environment school.
First-year students are paired with trained mentors from their degree, ranging from second year and above. Organised by BESA and endorsed by Peer Mentoring @ºÚÁÏÍø´óÊÂ¼Ç and the ºÚÁÏÍø´óÊÂ¼Ç Built Environment school, the program begins with a peer mentoring meet and greet in Week 2, followed by smaller group mentoring sessions. Meetings are held in person or online, depending on mentor and mentee preferences.

Education Society peer mentoring program
Education Society peer mentoring program
About the programÌý
The Education Society Peer Mentoring Program strives to support first year education students in their transition into university and education degree, building their confidence and knowledge to navigate their new university experiences.
Mentees will be assigned into small groups with their mentors, who are experienced Education students and come from diverse backgrounds and Education majors. Weekly peer mentoring sessions will be facilitated for mentees to connect with each other and will be guided socially and academically by their mentors. This will be a great opportunity to make friends, participate in fun activities and have discussions held on all your burning questions on topics such as uni life, assignments, careers and more.
Peer Mentoring will run in conjunction with EdSoc events catered towards first year students such as our weekly online games night and assessment workshops for every first year education assessments. The program will end with an end-of-term meetup with all the other peer mentoring group.

Second-year or above Education students who want to support first-year students are encouraged to apply when applications reopen. Applicants will need to complete a Google Form and attend a 30-minute online interview. Successful candidates will receive mandatory training. More details will be provided when applications open.
